Pricing Questions
How does the free trial work?
You get full access to the Professional plan for 14 days. No credit card is needed to start, and you can pick a plan when the trial ends.
What counts as a location?
A location is one physical site — a restaurant, kitchen, cafe or production unit. Staff, checklists and sensors at that site are covered by its plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference on your next invoice.
Do I need to buy temperature sensors?
No. Starter works with manual logs or your existing probes. If you want automatic monitoring, we offer sensor kits or can connect to compatible sensors you already own.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract on Starter or Professional. Cancel anytime. Enterprise plans can be set up on annual agreements if you prefer.
