- Operational records — checklists, temperature readings, photos, signatures and audit results you create in SafeServe.
- Usage data — device type, browser, pages visited and actions taken, used to keep the service working well.
- Billing details — handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve SafeServe.
- To send alerts, reports and service messages you have set up.
- To respond to support requests.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
- To send product updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run SafeServe (such as hosting, email and payments) under contracts that protect your data, or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep your records for as long as your account is active, so you always have your compliance history. When you close your account, you can export your data and we delete it within 90 days, unless we must keep it longer by law.
Your rights
