Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SafeServe, you agree to these terms. If you are using SafeServe on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure and don't share them.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and your team's accounts.
- Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SafeServe — for example by trying to access other customers' data, disrupting the service, or uploading unlawful content.
Your data
You own the records you create in SafeServe. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the service. You can export your data at any time.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Food safety responsibility
SafeServe is a tool to help you manage food safety. You remain responsible for following the food safety laws and regulations that apply to your business.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, SafeServe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
